Project Description
Create a 3-minute "elevator pitch" video to be presented to the class that describes your personal leadership brand. Your brand identifies and affirms your values, aspirations, and priorities as a leader. You should draw a connection between your self-assessment results, your examination of leadership styles and theories, your vision of effective leadership and their implications for your current and future leadership roles.
BUSN 376: Business as a Mission
BAM Project
The purpose of this project is to demonstrate the practical application of the theory and concepts learned in this course. The assignment is to research and present to the class an idea for a for-profit “Business as Mission” enterprise. A BAM or "Great Commission Company" (GCC) lacks the tax-exempt status of a charity, and therefore must cover its costs through the sale of goods or services. The business under consideration should be potentially profitable, and created for the purpose of advancing the cause of Christ, broadly speaking. Presentation should include: Context Description, Business Concept, & Impact Potential.
